Well they're no winklepickers*, that's for certain. And I'm glad you're happy with them.

But VP's little toe comes far enough forwards that the most he can get away with is a rounded toe with no tapering behind it. Also, his balance is bad enough that if there's much shoe at all in front of the longest toe he stumbles.

*My dad was a mod, back when men's winklepickers were a thing.

Demoiselle brown/blue. When worn, the blue bit is more like denim blue than the vaguely pale turquoise it seems to be in the picture.

I've got a Primark dressing gown that I bought about 4 years ago just to take into hospital. It's short and lightweight and doesn't take up much room in a bag. It's lasted really well and has been on every holiday with me since I bought it

Also, this is going to sound like a weird rant but I'm actually having a hard time finding basic ballet flats that don't have any weird embellishments or similar on them. I don't want flowers made out of buttons or what you on my boring shoes

Got a large haul of stuff yesterday. Didn't plan on keeping it all but I like everything Fairly boring/functional polos but that's OK because I can wear these for work or for err, not work everything looks a lot more faded/blue than they do in real life - must have messed up my camera settings again.

This is actually grey marl

This next one I love the way it looks, and it feels really nice. It's a silk mix. And it fits me absolutely perfectly. BUT, it's a tiny bit see-through. I can see a dark spot on my chest where my chest hairs are. I don't know how much that would be visible outside? Should I take it back? It's the best one out of the lot aside from that, but it's also expensive so don't want to pay so much for something that looks shite and I might not wear. Maybe I should check to see if they have a darker version in the same style?
