As Queen of Static, I can recommend the Cool Comfort slips from M&S - nowhere near as saucy as the one you posted, but they come in different lengths and do eliminate cling.

New bike trousers as my old ones are now three sizes too big and not remotely waterproof, not to mention the fact that the kneepads were never in the right place (ie my knees):

They came today and are great but too small so I've sent them back for a size larger. However also realised that no way will they zip to my old jacket and you really don't want cold gaps on a bike in winter, so they're also sending me the jacket, and it's now a seriously fucking expensive exercise:

I reckon it'd look lovely with tights or leggings, but if you're not comfy then try it with jeans too
