Work finally let me have some new clothes today, after making me wear the same damn dress almost every day for the last two and a half months.

I chose a pair of wide legged black linen trousers which make me feel like a sailor and a nice black t-shirt. Will get some more tops and stuff tomorrow.

I know I didn't actually purchase them, but they're the only new clothes I've had in ages.

I've been keeping French Connection in profit of late - bought a pink cardigan, grey flowery top, and frilly skirt last week. The first time I have gone on a spree in ages (I normally buy single items, but regularly). It felt like a Proper shopping trip, like when I was 15 and my mum took me up to London for the first time!

Further to my last post - Gap loose fit jeans are fantastic, very nicely cut and they fit very well. I can only conclude that this has to be the only option available for individuals with thighs.

I rarely buy clothes as I hate shopping so I rush it and end up with stuff I don't want but today I spent time looking at the stuff I was gonna get to make sure I wanted it. Quite pleased with what i've got.

They emailed me again (pretty promptly) blaming the shipping and asking for a bit more patience. Pretty clear and apologetic so gonna give them more time. It is annoying but eBay is rarely an exact science and I want my BLING so much that I am happy to be patient a little longer.

these came! I tried the frock on over my clothes (tweed trousers and jumper, so not the best guide) - and it seems to fit. thye shoes look very high though... but the were only £12 in the sale, so it's not too bad if i end up kicking them into the corner of pubs as soon as i get there...
