I believe they are the Citroen DS21 & DS23 Injection Electonique.. from 1971-1973.
Was that at the Waterloo Classics ( ive not been to that for ages ).Last time I passed all those Citroens in Waterloo there was a Traction Avant there too.
The road running parralel has some nice Morris Minors in it too.
