If we're only talking about UK food producers then we really should start the thread again, as pretty much every article you've posted here has been about US or global farming and food production.EXCEPT THERE WILL BE ZERO ANIMAL CRUELTY. And they're not in the UK. So why are you going on about them?
The problem is that unlike meat production, synthetic meat production likely won't be economically viable on a small scale, so unless you're willing to pay 50 quid for a burger, you'll probably only be able to afford to eat your synthetic meat from one of the massive corps, who will be growing it alongside meat that is subject to animal cruelty. It's like buying your electricity from renewable resources and paying more for it, when your neighbour is consuming the same electricity for a cheaper price, and it's the exact same electricity from the exact same source.
