Ceratinly there's plenty of medical advice to cut back on the someone's daily red meat intake:

This metastudy suggests that processed meat is between 2 and 10 times more cancer-causing than fresh red meat.

how about cutting back on red meat cos it's destroying the fucking planet

Can you find any study that recommends eating red meat meat every day?
 
The context was French kids meals
The context was your post about a diet for kids that includes meat every day not being balanced and not allowing kids to thrive.

Then you followed it up with some nonsense about how eating some meat every day can't be balanced because a balanced diet involves eating lots of different things.
 
No. Can you find any post of mine that suggests people should do that?
It's hard to get a straight answer out of you with your usual pro-meat quibbling, as witnessed in the post I responded to. But are you we agreed: red meat no more than three times a week (and obviously far less if you're interested the environment as well as your health)?
 
I eat a small pack of bacon about once every six weeks. I eat lamb in the curryhouse therefore not for over a year. Occasionally will come across red meat in a ready meal once a fortnight.

I eat fish 2-3 times a week. This is a considerably 'leaner' and less red meat dependent diet, than I remember from the late 70s and early 80s where red meat was usually found in dinner every other days (stew, mince, sausage, ribs, liver). Can't really imagine eating the last two now.

I do not have children and have no interest in them so I see that as having a far bigger environmental impact than giving up the small amount of red meat I eat presently.

Whey-faced, oat milk-slupring, hairshirt-attired martyrdom is deeply unattractive, and probably puts people off the message just as much as lardarses on two burgers a day or Texans who eat steak for breakfast.

I’m not exactly eating steak every meal, and often have veggie meals (these are becoming more frequent too), but I’d struggle to think of a day where there wasn’t something with meat in it at some point.

Same here. It's not a proper meal if it doesn't have meat or dairy, as far as I'm concerned. Veggies just don't fill me up properly, and I get hungry again sooner. Carbs are similar.
