Well, as far as I know, the only hell there ever is or was is on earth.
And as for heaven, well who knows.
Basically, I don't see why a Roman corruption and con that laid claim to the person and name of Christ should define the meaning of christian, - nor its descendants.
Part of the con was turning Jesus into God, so as to make sure that after a fair amount of time had passed, no-one would relate to him as a human, so his meaning could be lost.
And as for heaven, well who knows.

I have definitely lost my optimism. Which is quite odd.
And once I reckoned I knew what was going on, and so on, and now I feel pretty clueless, just sort of marking time, and wondering why God doesn't bring down the curtain.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this.?

As i see it... the world is what it is. Yes there is war and stuff but that's fine...shit happens. Yes you can try and change things whether its as simple as buying some new glasses or as difficult as trying to stop a war. But there is no need to despair. Find comfort in what you do.. im getting all self-helpy and mushy now.

things r getting worse and worse, and will continue 2 do so,in general, until Jesus peace be upon him returns.
the Prophet peace be upon him mentioned events that would happen that would indicate the end times,some minor and some major ones.
all the minor signs have been fufilled,at least once, the major ones will happen only once, and AFAIK once the first of the major signs occurs, the others will follow in quick succession.
