Lord Michael Grade has called on the corporation to prove Jewish victims of an antisemitic attack on Oxford Street used an anti-Muslim slur or FINALLY apologise for its coverage.

I noticed that the BBC changed the story within a few hours from “some racial slurs about muslims” to “a slur about muslims”. Seems they’re still hanging on to that although it’s unclear where they’re getting it from.

Whole story and the responses to it were a sorry mess.
The worst bit though (for me, a Jew) is that my immediate gut reaction when looking at the original reports was well what did they expect prancing around dancing and singing and being so bloody obviously Jewish in the street. That’s what I felt tho I’m not proud of it.
