Where does that dispute where they are geographically located? Are Cardiff English as they play in the English football league? Are Berwick Rangers Scottish as they play in the Scottish league?

Just pointing out that, despite what you posted, uefa don't believe that Israel are in Europe and that a team playing in competitions in a different geographical region from where they are based isn't unusual and didnt prove your initial assertion.
