Meanwhile UEFA yet again shows what really matters in modern football.

Racism? Nope, no problem here
Assualts on stewards? A very minor thing
Some block with sponsered grippers? BAN HIM!! Biggest fine so far as well. Well done UEFA you corrupt vile fucktards.
Ok well that wasnt really the point, it was more about comparing the size of fines handed out by UEFA for very serious things like crowd trouble and racism and the much larger fine they've just dished out to protect their corporate interest.
ArticleFerdinand, the Manchester United defender, wrote on Twitter: "Uefa are you for real??? £80,000 fine for Bendtner for underwear advertising.... all of the racism fines together don't even add up to that?!

nor the italy game. tbh if i were you try and find the highlights somewhere
The way it's set up atm is just about right so of course UEFA have to muck around with it
I bet there'll be more than a few dead rubber matches in the next Euros, one of the things Ive liked about this tournie is the fact that all the last group games had something riding on them, only Ireland had nothing to play for except to gain a little respectability.Aye, whilst it will be good for fans of nations who struggled to qualify this time around it won't be as good for the neutral as we want to see loads of Spain v Italy etc not Poland v Slovakia etc.

I've been extremely impressed with Roy and how articulate he is in interviews and press conferences. I can't help but contrast it to how badly I believe Harry Redknapp would have been in the same scenarios.Roy is a great manager, give press conferences in different languages and calm as anything.
