When Is A Trade Unionist Not A Trade Unionist?

I’ve notice quite a lot of stuff online written by a guy called Paul Embery who pops up on Sky and describes himself online as a Firefighter and Trade Unionist. Except when I challenged him on a couple of things on Twitter he admitted that he’s not a Fire Brigades Union official and has no union members in his care.

Im quite shocked at this. He’s basically a one percent Tory Brexiter apologist trying to make out he’s a voice of the people. So essentially he’s a walking talking troll farm.

I wonder if there are any more in public life?

He was sacked from his position and is allegedly waiting for a tribunal.I think he is still a Labour Party member. Years ago he worked with both the SWP and the Socialist Party in the FBU and on other issues. His Brexit position is tbf the least of my concerns tbh
