What's in your glass?

Bag in a box IPA from a local brewery. I bought 5 litres of it, and it's "not particularly good" tbh, but it's 6 point something, and it's doing the job.

Brazilian Rum at the moment, a Novo Fogo Tanager Cachaca - first time it’s getting to stretch it’s legs in Numbers Rum Shack  quite sweet so cooling and softening it with a cpl of mini cubes.

Non-alcoholic but have discovered kvass which is also made here by a company that's been going in Harbin for well over a hundred years. Bit sweet but quite like it and keeps me off the beer. Had never heard of it so just looked it up to find out what it was called in English.

St Austell "Admiral's Ale" BBFE 2013.
I wish I'd opened the bottle in the bathroom as it went off like a fire extinguisher so I've only had half a bottle.
Biased towards the malt ...

when that stuff comes into my local it's only ever on the bar for a couple of hours, it's bloody lovely. The Amplified Stay Puft is even nicer but comes in at a hefty 12.8%
Yup, same in my local. You have to be there on the night it goes on, else you miss it. That Amplified one is aces, but then; Tiny Rebel are immense.
They do a Salted Caramel version which is worth a go, if you see it. I want to try the waffle and candied bacon version, but I've never seen it in real life. Or their Espresso Martini. But I want one of those, too.
I should move to Wales. :D

A glass or two of this. I found it under the stairs and wasn't sure how long it had been there.

When my mum moved a few years ago she gave me all the wine she had stored. Some of it was OK but some was old and completely undrinkable. Opening a mystery bottle in my house can lead to it going down the sink.

And this one from 2000 turns out to be quite nice. Smooth, undemanding and drinkable. 7/10
