if you have some cheese and vegetables you can make a cheesy chicken rice casserole. Any green veggie will work like brocolli or peas or green beans and what not.CharlieAddict said:dinner - dunno yet. any suggestions? i have chicken thighs, and loads of spices and rice.

Cook all the items seperatedly then mix chicken, veggie and rice in a casserole dish and add cheese. The throw in oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese and voila!

i don't cook western cuisines that often but do you need a casserole dish to cook casseroles (is this a stupid question??). can i use a baking type tray instead?
