Chilled 'blue' trout with horseradish remoulade, new potato salad, steamed baby carrots tossed in tarragon vinaigrette, green salad. Plain pfitzaufs with homemade 'sour' cherry ice cream for dessert.

Duck egg omelettes I think... need to pick up some ham or spring onions or something to go in em on the way home.

Didn't have the Vietnamese salad last night after all cos we got back from town late then I remembered I had to fill up the water butt before I could water  so did a quick dinner of fish fingers and chips and garden french beans for the girl and had boiled egg, hummus and pitta for myself.

So tonight, the salad, although I think she wants an egg on toast instead. :hmm:

Rocket, tomato and pine nut salad, fish pie (not homemade sadly) and a Weight Watchers Ice Cream Bar. The first and last were nice, the fish pie meh :(

I had a lamb burger, as made by my butcher. I dunno what he does to them, but they are absolutely awesome. I had it on a toasted sesame seed bagel with lettuce, tomato, feta, tapenade and hummus.
If I'd had pitta bread I could have been totally Greek. As it was I was had a Jewish Greek tea. :D
I've got some ouzo in the cupboard, might have a spot of that while I watch the footy.
