If you're thinking of the bacon and tomato baked risotto it's not on the wiki, it's on one of these threads somewhere: I put it there! It's really, really good and I'd recommend trying it. However, I have no bacon atm, and anyway, the bolognese is already starting to smell rather nice.

This is porcini and thyme but I'd like to try the other one too. Will get searching. Enjoy your bolognese.

the porcini and thyme one was one I posted and you can find it on the BBC GoodFood website :)

I had oven fish and chips with mushy peas :)

The biggest pan is full to the brim with potoatoes, leeks, broccoli, courgettes, peppers, onions, garlic, tomato, butter beans, vegetable stock, fresh rosemary, misc herbs, black pepper, olive oil and a pinch of salt. It's going to bubble away for an hour or so and then we're going to eat a bowlful each. We will eat a bowful each every day this week and it will taste better each time as the flavours steep :)

a) a bit, but still good
b) nah. besides, the time saved can be filled with non boring things :)

i'm leaning towards thai takeout....feel like something light & spicy.

or I could make tuna salad on bagels with soup at home...

:hmm:

a big mac , a bacon cheeseburger, chips, onion rings, icecream (creme egg flavour) , full fat cola, a bag of hula hoops, a pack of cookies and a litre of orange juice :( bleugh :(

Pesto pasta, black olives and parmesan I think. End of the month and skint.

Girls will probably just have pasta and tom sauce

I'm going to be making crunchy haddock fish burgers (with a sort of tikka twist) with missfran's recipe for homemade mayo.

Am going to try and be good and just have a nice big salad on the side, but the lure of some sort of carby treat is strong!

i have an old work friend coming round (yipee) and we are going to make home made pizzas, and drink lots of wine
