Have eaten all the nice leftovers, so probably a mix of Pringles, stale mince pies and dry roasted peanuts. Washed down with beer.

Glad to see we're not the only ones having soup :D
Lentil(with bacon bits) and probably garlic nan to go with it.

I'm home alone.

Just ate the leftovers from Xmas Eve curry witha can of Guinness, couldn't manage it all though.

We've had baked potatoes, cheese, coleslaw, sausage rolls, chicken drumsticks, salad and lemonade. :D

I'm trying to clear a bit of room in the fridge.

Turkey and veg soup. I also made a Turkey and Ham pie which I had to sample and it was very nice. Apart from one turkey breast whiich is in the freezer, the leftovers are all gone. I'm glad now I got a humungous tukey as I like dealing with leftovers. :)

Don't know yet...Teresa is supposed to be cooking something and if she lames out then we still have leftover Thai.

sausage and mash. and maybe the rest of last night's chinese for pudding.
hmmmmmmm.

Today is an alternative Christmas Day for a family member who was working on the day, so we've got....

Canapes - Mini yorkshire puddings with beef and horesradish (just had this).

Starter - Wild pigeon breast and beetroot terrine, with rocket salad

Main - Duck breast served on braised red cabbage with carrot puree, brussels pancetta and chestnuts, roast potatoes and a lush gravy that I made t'other day from loads of chicken legs.

Pud - Lemon Meringue Trifles

Petit Fours - Spiced brandy truffles

Luckily most of this was made yesterday! Oh and we've got a pork pie and Christmas pudding for later.

All home-made of course! I feel podged thinking about it. :D

she's making some type of lasagna or pasta casserole with beef and cheese and tomatoe sauce.... i think she's gonna make it extra special cause I just sent her a dozen red roses which she should get this afternoon :)

We have friends coming over for dinner and we are having:

Olives and salted almonds
Crab salad with fennel and sumac
Boeuf en daube with basmati rice and a green salad
Selection of cheeses
Poached pears with Xmas pudding ice-cream
Coffee with homemade chocolate and pistachio fudge (if anyone can fit it in :D)

Going out for an Indian meal so not entirely sure but something that is very heavy in the holy culinary trinity of onions, spices and garlic. :)

you mean the holy currinary trinity :D

Probably chips, but should be green veg as littlun has now reached chocolate overload and is throwing presents and toys about in a demented sugar frenzy.

jacket spud (done in the oven) with butter, mature cheddar and onions with a green side salad - perfect dinner on a wet, windy evening
