Aye - one thing at a time, eh? Nothing's going to happen with the wedding stuff until the new year anyway, so no sense worrying about it right this second :)

I've calmed down now and moved on from anger to sadness and self-pity. I should really just lock myself in a room somewhere and come out when I'm more stable.

I can't be bothered to cook tonight so I think we are having take away pizza and smoking lots of weed.I don't mind too much though because tommorow I think we are going out for Japanese, which has gotta be healthier..

Oh, I forgot to mention - at least you've got the most important bits of the wedding sorted, i.e. the groom :D and the fabulous dress. No one will notice anything else on the day

awww, fancy coming to mine for tea, miss fran?
we're having Gin and Tonic :D (and maybe some chilli bacon lemon creamy pasta to soak it up  )

just talked with her....we're going to make grilled chicken breasts with a nice cheese sauce, brussel sprouts and either a rice or pasta side dish. along with a bottle of some nice chardonnay....

Finished work yet? Time for that cry!

You should still have sojourner's sweet / savoury thingy to cheer you up a bit, anyhow. Hope you feel better soon. :)

For tea tonight I'm having a bit of a buffet of the lamb left over from last night, some smoked salmon with cream cheese, new potatoes and various other odds and ends lying around the fridge.

Olives, I'm thinking. Lots of olives. :)

More importantly, a 20 litre case of Westons Organic Cider has just arrived, providing me with what I euphemistically call 'Christmas cheer' and the medical profession calls 'alcoholism'.

Splendid.

I'm feeling much better now thanks :)

So fish tonight, I think I'll batter and shallow-fry it. I think we've got some potatoes in to make oven chips.

Yay! :) :)

I've opened a bottle of Sancerre and a bag of crisps and not even thinking about tea yet :D

 x 30

I've got one measly bottle of Weston's vintage in the fridge, then 4 cans of Scrumpy Jack that I'm taking with me to a partay tonight. Better than nothing I spose. Cider tends to 'take me places' so I don't want to overdo it tonight.

(tea was salmon, spuds, broccoli and peas btw - probably the last remotely sensible food i'll be eating for the next week or so)

Oooh, I might nick a bit, ta :)
Sending the boy out for wine, fish and chips... and while he's out I'm on a mission to try and smile (a bit) :D

We had a McDonalds :p at about 4 O'Clock.

Well actually, I only had a cheeseburger - and my bezzer has just confirmed that no, she doesn't really fancy a few in the pub (she's worn out, poor thing) - so there's the vague possibility of a second dinner later, which will either be a king prawn/beansprout/broccoli/green bean stir fry with noodles, or (more likely :D ) the half round of stilton and posh, flavoured oatcakes I picked up today - both half price in Sainsburys.

oo noooo, there's only enough for ME  God, salivating now.

I find making yourself smile sometimes helps a lot to break up tense facial muscles :)

Scampi, chips and peas

Was supposed to be spag bol but it's so cold in my house the mince stayed frozen

Chicken dhansak delivered from a local Indian restaurant.

Although last time I had it, I was up and down to the toilet all night with a stinging ring, so I am a little apprehensive.

I'm having a Chicken Madras with Pilau rice and Chicken Korma with Nan for my better from the takeaway half cos the fridge is full with Xmas food we can't eat yet!

Oooh, I had a lovely tea at my friends house. A thai green curry and it was bloody gorgeous. And mint viennetta for pudding. And, the best bit was finding out that the man of the house used to do something financial for Take That . I've known him for years and he's never mentioned it before.  :D
