Oh dear. I couldn't find the swede (did I even buy one??) so it's mashed carrot and parsnip instead!

With the coating. Served with coleslaw and corn on the cob. I'd never eaten any other fish apart from cod or haddock before (!), but this was absolutely fantastic. Definitely one of the best meals I've had.
