What's for tea tonight? (#8)

We went out last night in the end as I was so exhausted after an unexpectedly full on and 12 hour working day. Blergh. But I had a very good halloumi salad and two large glasses of cold white wine.

Tonight I'm going out for Japanese food. Yum!
 
Egg fried rice with chicken, orange pepper, red onion, purple sprouting broccoli, teriyaki, soy and toasted sesame oil.
Half a lemon curd yoghurt as the greedy toddler would only eat mine- not hers! I think that warrants a mini magnum for second pudding too :D
 
Supposed to be pasta and pesto with peas and ham added.
The ham has not arrived though so I ate some of those cherry peppers stuffed with goats cheese in oil.
 
We had pepper, pea, feta and chilli frittata with fried potatoes and green beans. It was v nice. I followed it up with some crisps. Might have a chocolate now.


We had fritatta too: feta, pea and mint. With new potatoes and salad. Son would only eat his frittata with tomato sauce:mad:
 
Just roasted some chicken drumsticks and thighs with some reggae reggae sauce. Simple but lovely :)

Tonight I really fancy prawns with chilli and garlic.
 
I had a bacon roll last night...3 bits of bacon, mayo, lots and lots of leafy bits and a cheese slice crammed into a big, soft, floury white bap. It was so fucking delicious that I ran downstairs as soon as I woke up this morning to take another bap out of the freezer and I've just had another one for breakfast :D with the addition of a load of fried mushrooms, too (they needed using, ok! :mad: )....yum, yum, yum!

Tonight, I really SHOULD have *something* with a big pile of vegetables...I have psb and asparagus that both need using and I'm sure I could just do with getting some greens in me...but I'm also feeling tempted to treat myself to a chinese, seeing as how I didn't get my end of term celebration roe the other night... :hmm: :hmm: :hmm:
 
We had spag bol last night. First time in ages as I totally went off it which was quite upsetting!

BBQ chicken drumsticks tonight with curly fries and corn on the cob.

Unless I eat all the corn for lunch as I really fancy it now dammit.
 
Two oven-baked cod fillets, with puy lentils and sun dried tomatoes*.

* the lentils are in a ready to eat pouch from marks - they are ace. :)
 
Bacon and mushroom sarnies are lush sheo :cool:

We have lots of veg in but I'm knackered so its meatballs or bol from the freezer, or even less effort kievs :hmm:

How is a fritatta different to an omelette? :oops:
