Large red onion

Half a tin of chopped tomatoes
Can add any of the following:
Rice
Pasta
Green lentils
More chopped tomatoes
Tomato puree
Tin of black eye beans
Plenty of garlic
Some chillies / chilli sauce
Vegetable stock
Seasoning /spices
Onions, broccoli, carrots, peas, vegetable stock, seasoning, garlic cloves, black eyed peas, half tin of tomatoes and tomato puree all bodied up. Added a lump of St Agur blue cheese and blended to make a thick veggie cheese soup
