Dunno. I have a pair of large chicken breasts.
Hmmm...might put some spinach in it too actually...not done that before but thinking about it, my body's going 'YEEHHHHH SPINACH!!'
I read return of the mash to this tune
Course I'll notice it I don't get what you've just said at all. There'll be a load of spinach in it - you can see it, taste it.You probably won't really notice it cooked down in all that lot tbh. Unless you add it right at the end just to wilt it..

I typed it to that tune too
Fresh around about the middle. It will be in with the other flavours, but I will still be able to taste it, know it's there, see it's there, benefit from it being thereI love spinach so I don't know.
Are you talking frozen, canned or fresh spinach? Putting it in at beginning, middle or end?
No it doesn't melt down to nothing! Again - wtf??You might not be able to really distinguish it visually from all the other ingredients if you add it fresh in the middle. It melts down to virtually nothing.
I don't think you will be able to distinguish the flavour from the other stuff you have listed.
You will get the benefit of the vitamins etc.
I would add at the end but that's because I love spinach and want to be able to taste, see, etc it.

Really,we will have to agree to disagree on every single point you make here kitty and I never would have thought I'd get worked up about a discussion on spinach but I am
My BODY will feel it, will know the nutrition, it WANTS it, and I listen to what my body wants. It will look beautiful, and it will not taste the same as eating spinach on its own but it will still add to the flavours.
OMG I thought this was a reply to my post about ATOS and thought jeeze what have said that was so wrong
let's never talk about the spinach again
Talk about what......
Now see, I fucking ADORE kale, and use that probably as equally as spinach in soups and stewsI think kale is a better option for stews. For texture
