She hates sauces
And most flavourings / spices, tbh, except garlic. (Unless someone else puts them in, in which case they're ok).
So what 'stir-fry' tends to mean is just-wilted (and unseasoned) vegetables, with unseasoned prawns, with a clove of garlic somewhere towards the bottom of the pan. And with a mahoosive loading of wok-ready noodles, as she loves carbs
I think I'll need to work up a hunger first
e2a: Ooo! Just remembered. I can buy chilli / sauce whilst out / building up an appetite, and then add them to my bowl. Problem (mostly) solved!
