What's for tea tonight? (#8)

something which doesn't need cooking
i have made and shopped for a meal plan which involves many summery / no cook dishes.

its going to rain all week now, isnt it ?:(

not sure what we'll have for dinner but certainly ice cream or new muller "british classics" corners for pudding :D

lemon & herb couscous with added frozen mixed veg
raspberry & lime big deal (it's not a trifle, there's no custard or cream)

Honey chilli chicken
First time I've made this- won't be the last. Dead easy and tasty for a weeknight when you can't be arsed to put a lot effort in. Think I'll bung a bit of lime juice into the glaze next time to give it a bit more of a kick.

NVP - sounds good, got a recipe?

We're having cous cous flavoured with Harissa, falafels, whole meal pittas, olives and feta, flame roasted red Peppers and a minty yoghurt sauce.... When the baby finally stops crying and goes to sleep...

Nando's is the shitest! I fucking hate that chain.

I done burgers with sweet potatoe wedges. The wedges were shit, I don't like sweet potatoe.

Spag bol and sugar snap peas....plus the cake which we STILL haven't eaten (forgot that A. I still had two Devonshire fudge yoghurts that needed using...so the kids had those and B. that I'd ordered cream doughnuts in my shop....so I had BOTH of those  :D ).
