What's for tea tonight? (#8)

I had an acceptable curry the other night so I am going to try to do something along those lines.

I have a piece of pumpkin, a can of coconut milk, some Patak's paste and other bits and pieces. I shall avoid tomatoes and will serve it with Quinoa.

Pumpkin masala is delicious :)

Change of plan here cos the kids don't fancy taco's and I already had a bowl of the chilli for lunch  ....so they're going to have something from the freezer...prob fishfingers and chips with broccoli....and seeing as how, once that decision was made, I had another bowl of chilli :D I reckon I'm going to have crunchy nut cornflakes.

Filled pasta (from the freezer) and a tomato based sauce of some kind.

A family pack of purple sprouting broccoli, steamed and then stir-fried with some brown rice, shoyu, tahini, a little Grey Poupon mustard.
It needs something else, perhaps something sweet, but I'm not sure what.

mangetout and baby sweetcorn thai curry with sticky coconut rice

I have gone all semi-vegi again.

(Can't give up bacon or seafood  )

Fajitas which I was looking forward to but I burnt the onions and forgot to get sour cream. : (

Sure it'll still be lovely.

Large flat mushrooms stuffed with breadcrumbs/olives/tomatoes/pesto, topped with cheese. With Jersey spuds, sauteed Pak Choi.
Then the rest of yesterday's divine rhubarb with ice cream.
