What's for tea tonight? (#8)

a mountain of spag bol, followed by a sizeable hummock of apple crumble. i'll be the size of a van if i keep eating like this.
 
a banana
mug of tea
2 soft boiled eggs & 2 rounds of toast
mixed veg from the freezer
a baguette with chilli & tomato spread of some sort on it
pistachios
small handful of refresher gums
3rd of a bar of hazelnut & plain chocolate
large glass of fizzy water with woodruff syrup
Not a binge, just the usual huge appetite at the end of a migraine.
 
Did a lunch/dinner thing. Big pasta with bacon, pesto and stuff. Was tasty :)

Can't sleep and just had a few more mouthfuls with a glass of wine.
It had broccoli, spinach, natural yoghurt and some seeds (maybe sesame) in with what's above.
Very very yummy!
 
Pork steaks for dinner here. Haddock for wifey. Chips, carrots, broccoli and spinach on the side. Washed down with a middle shelf Pinot Noir.
 
Halloumi and salad in pitta bread. Rhubarb compote with vanilla ice cream.
(I'm bravely pretending it's summer)
 
ROAST which I'm very excited about.

Cheats tesco lamb shanks roasted with carrots, red onions and leeks, roast spuds, garlicky stuffing, broccoli, green beans and yorkshires.

I feel full just reading that back. : o
 
Garlic and rosemary roast chicken with roast new potatoes, steamed carrots, petit pois and gravy.
Chocolate mousse and an assortment of chocolate for pudding.
 
God that rhubarb was good! Best thing to ever come out of yorkshire. Could have eaten a whole bowlful, but I'm saving some for tomorrow.
 
Roast beef, yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, carrots, cabbage, leek, red wine gravy.
Home made mint choc chip ice cream for pud.
 
OK, we have run out of Soy Sauce and have nothing similar (no fish sauce or anything).
We have onion, garlic, pork, straight to wok noodles, spinach, some left over veggies.
Chilli oil, grapeseed oil and maybe some others.
Is there any thing I can do to make up for the lack of soy or do you think it will be fine as it is with out?
