Alternatively I have tofu, but only carrots, cabbage and cauliflower to go with.

We had the remains of yesterday's tuna pasta - it's one of those things that I quite like on day 1, but day 2 never quite does it for me.

Looks like tonight (Weds) will be potato and lentil curry - still on a tight budget, and the OH has had flu for the last few days so we're running low on things, I did a trip to the shops myself but I can't carry much.

Last night we had ikea meatballs, gravy, lingonberry jam and potato gratin with carrots and peas and rice pudding for pudding.

second day of cauli, chickpea and spinach curry tonight. was damn tasty last night although the cauli was just a bit overcooked... tonight in wraps instead of rice.
