What's for tea tonight? (#8)

I have a load of chicken breasts, so probably a stir fry or similar.
I was supposed to be cooking Thai style food for both of us tonight after we'd been out to Winter Lights at Canary Wharf, but he's been an objectionable pain in the arse yesterday and this morning, so I told him to take an extra shift that was offered and fuck off to work for the night instead. And he can sort out his own fucking food.

I decided I needed more vitamin A and since the beets I've been indulging in appear to have precious little, I added finely chopped carrots, but they ended up somewhat al dente yesterday so today I nuked the carrots by themselves to start - marinaded in miso and a little water.
Phase 2 I stuff as much broccoli in as I can - nearly two heads.
I nuked those for 10 mins.
Then I add a can of chickpeas and a can of soup and as many mushrooms as I can cram in and nuke the whole lot for 12 minutes.
So maybe 25 minutes altogether.
I'm properly stuffed today - I reckon it must be 750kcals or so...

If you're nuking it all, I feel like the container is very over-full and probably some stuff is going to end up mush while other items remain uncooked.
Probably better to do it in smaller batches for a shorter amount of time each so it cooks more evenly.
