Far better to make a soup a bit on the thick side and have to dilute it a bit than make it too watery IMO.Made a vegetable soup but it looks a bit too solid...........might need a bit of dilution.......

Tonight I am doing fried rice - egg and veggies (mushroom, peppers, courgette, shallots, bit of chilli), definitely with king prawns for N, I might do a separate one with chicken for me or I might have a prawn one, haven't decided yet.

Also takes up less room if you're making a batch of soup for the freezer
