Last night I made a delicious mild eastern veg and chickpea tray bake.. MrShakes is away tonight so I might make a filthy tuna pasta bake thing as he hates it.. or maybe freezer forage

Last night was Quorn fried rice, tonight is home made mushroom soup.

I'm leaning towards cottage pie - beef and pork mince for me, quorn mince for OH to have tomorrow morning.
Onions and carrots in it for both of us, peas and possibly parsnips in mine too, if we have parsnips that need using.
Topped with champ rather than just plain mash, and with cheese on top of that.
Might have some sprouts on the side with mine, seem to only be halfway through a big bag of the things, good job I am a fan of sprouts!
Gravy of course.

There was a point where it was creepy - she had them in her room to start with then we had to move them where they weren't 'growing at her in the night' but they are delicious!
