What's for tea tonight? (#8)

I'm making Bolognese for tonight and tomorrow.
Yesterday was leftover chicken chasseur but with rice instead of spuds.

Been using my new pan from Aldi, it's ace. I don't think it can go in the oven like the original trendy one that it is a knockoff of, but it was £20 instead of £130 so 🤷‍♂️
Handle of either wouldn't fit in my slightly narrower than standard oven anyway so it's academic.
 
Some kind of noodle soup with what ever veg I can find and tofu on top.

I poached some chicken a few days ago, so I've got the liquid as the start of my stock.

Going to try poaching some a couple of pork steaks in their as well, if it works like chicken I can use it in lunches.
 
Yesterday I had penne all'amatriciana, which is a favourite quick standby meal of mine!

I normally have a roast dinner on a Sunday but we're planning that for tomorrow instead, so I haven't quite decided yet - am leaning towards bacon and eggs at the moment, although that could change.
A Cadbury's "layers of joy" chocolate dessert that I found yellow stickered in Iceland for afters.
