What's for tea tonight? (#8)

Oh, you reminded me, I add pinto beans in it too.
Your scotch bonnet oxtail stew made me smile. I've never considered that but the taste of the bones would make it nice.
It's really lovely. Serve with rice though, which isn't really a feature of oxtail any other way.

Same as yesterday!
Jerk chicken, mash with a cheesy crust and SHITLOADS of broccoli (had ordered some with my delivery but have just realised I actually already had TWO lots in the fridge, not ONE! ).
Cream doughnut for pudding.

Gilled mackerel, black pudding on pea puree.

chicken kiev (not homemade) with a massive salad - to try and rectify a weekend of a lot of food :D

Oh man, our dinner was good!

Lamb shanks, roast spuds and carrots, stuffing, green beans and a tiny bit of broccoli as I forgot to buy some.

So stuffed right now. : )

Starter of a crisp salad (parsnip crisps and pickled onion monster munch :D) accompanied by parma ham, sundried tomatoes and a pepper from the window box. Main of breaded chicken, oven chips and beans.

Class 24/7 here  :D

Mum's coming down and has asked for sausage and mash, so that with red onion gravy and some broccoli.
She's bringing scones and cotted cream for pudding.

I'm torn between making a curry or just doing a quick and easy stir fry. I should prob go for a veg stir fry with noodles seeing as I drank a fair bit and ate crappy food all weekend.

Need to defrost the freezer and so need to use up some frozen peas and spinach. Think I’ll make a dry curry somewhere between keema mattar and saag aloo. With bread and mango chutney.

some kind of broccoli and mushroom stir fry. need health points after last nights chilli cheese filth burger with "fuck you fries"
