We're off on our hols today ....ISLAND* of Wight, here we coooooome!

Gotta go and get food when we arrive but will probably be lateish and we'll have to run to the shops once we've offloaded our stuff so a pizza tonight I reckon (we're youth hostelling so have cooking facilities) with the tomatoes I picked this morning, then our own peaches for pudding (the JUICIEST peaches EVER!!!! ).

FISH AND CHIPS on the beach tomorrow though, for sure!

Tonight I'm having more green lentil pie with a sweet potato & mature cheese topping. I have to say that it is bloody lush. I will get some microwave veggies as I'm at work.

Tortilla with her spuds, eggs and toms.
Two Apple, plum and blackberry pies. Fruit scrumped by me and the wee man this after noon.

A shot of milk in the tortilla and some just roll pastry from the freezer and everything else scrounged. Should keep us going for a few days
