I've had a busy day following a poor nights' sleep and am knackered, but I am starting to get hungry.
I have some mushrooms that need to be used up, and an open pack of bacon. I reckon a mushroom and bacon orzotto will fit the bill nicely - very quick and easy to make and proper nice food. I might stick a bit of courgette in there too. Glass of wine with it I think.
If I fancy something sweet after I'll grab a couple of dark chocolate digestives.
No it's no good, I'm fading fast and looks like it might be an early night for me, unless I get a 2nd wind I'll be spark out within the hour I reckon (and cooking when I may fall asleep is not a great plan!) I've had 2 meals today so it's not a disaster if I skip tea.
I could well be back up and cooking a hearty meal for myself at 4am or something though
I had an all-consuming ravenous hunger on me after last night's gig so had an early tea - smoky veggie chilli, brown rice, cheese and creme freche. Absolutely INHALED it.
