Then a slice of a vegan choccy cake that was discounted in the Co op yesterday (Bosh), with blueberries, and a decaff tea.

Another middle of the night one for us.

I had some more defrosted chicken that needed to be used so I did Thai cashew chicken with mushrooms for myself. I did a Thai Red Curry with Basa, new potatoes, green beans and courgettes for OH. Egg fried Jasmine rice for us both.

Leftovers for OH before he goes to work tonight and for me a bit later (with plain steamed Jasmine rice).

I couldn't decide what to do for tea tonight, so the fella's offered to buy us a chippy tea. Yay. Fish, chips n mushy peas for me.

My wife had Irish parents (Selly Park via Cashel) , so we are having sausages , buttered mash with spring onions (should have got a bacon joint and a green cabbage in.... but we were out all day alas)

Will be busy prepping for an event tomorrow, so it's freezer-foraged tsebhi birsen with white basmati, and bloody creme fraiche cos the Co op had no sour cream.

Scones with salted butter and homemade bramble jelly, with a decaff tea for afters.

I’m sulking because I’ve got the rona and can’t go out so Mr Looby is making a nice dinner whilst I can still taste it.
