Last night was cook from frozen Cornish pasties with chips and mushy peas from the chip van.
Tonight it's sausage and bean chilli with rice.

Had a late (brunch/#martisan) omelette so skipping lunch and roasting a chicken for dinner. Not sure what format it will take but might do a stir fry.

Drum class tonight, so quick tea. Cauldron Lincolnshire saussies and fried eggs on oven bottom baps, lathered in Reggae Reggae sauce.

Tesco fruit and nut choccy for afters.

Spaghetti tonight. We do have taglietelle but OH is never very hungry when he first wakes up and only wants a small portion of food before he heads to work, and spaghetti is a little lighter. Will do taglietelle tomorrow morning for round 2 so he can eat his when he gets home and I can just dump my portion of pasta into the remains of my sauce and reheat it when I am hungry later in the day.
