What's for tea tonight? (#8)

I'm making a veggie spag bol. It seems to have become a almost weekly staple for me. This is because I'm on a roll with making it tasty, I can freeze portions and my cooking mojo is bunking off big time. I now walk around supermarkets in a daze hoping for inspiration. I used to be good at meal planning before I went shopping but now I just see a blank space.

I'm thinking I may be better at winter style of cooking?

I can totally sympathise with that, I think my wintery stodge repertoire is much stronger than my fresh light summer dish list.

Tonight we're having baked spuds with cheesy beans and a celebratory pudding- all sorted out by the boy as I feel crap :(

Off out again tonight, so deffo a fried egg butty cos I haven't got long before getting in and getting back out again

Then beer, fags, and pool

Slow cooker sausage casserole.
Sausages, onions, carrots, red pepper, tin of chopped toms, passata, garlic and smoked paprika.
