I'm making a veggie spag bol. It seems to have become a almost weekly staple for me. This is because I'm on a roll with making it tasty, I can freeze portions and my cooking mojo is bunking off big time. I now walk around supermarkets in a daze hoping for inspiration. I used to be good at meal planning before I went shopping but now I just see a blank space.
I'm thinking I may be better at winter style of cooking?

What is now a quiche always used to be a flan eg cheese and onion flan. It was always pronounced flan, as in O'Brien. I think quiche crept in in the late 1960s.Flan is sweet, who calls a quiche a flan? And do they say flahn?
