Jacket potatoes with cheese and pickle. Nothing else at all, not even salad. Spent the day batch cooking, put it in the freezer then realised I hadn't organised owt for tonight Earliest of possible early nights for afters.

Yesterday we had a leg of lamb roast, with all the trimmings.
Tonight spanish chicken, a chuck it all in a roasting dish and bung it in the oven, ideal for a CBA'd Monday night.

Last night was a roast, with roast whole spiced caulifllower, potatoes, parsnips and Yorkshire pudding.

Cheapo instant noodles made into soup with cabbage and peas and mushrooms and chicken and chilli and ginger and fish sauce and peanut butter.

2nd day Roast for us (Chicken, spuds, mixed veg, red onion gravy sauce type thingy, Yorkshire puds).

The above is postponed to tomorrow.

Tonight is chopped vegetarian sausages, cabbage, yellow peppers, courgettes, peas, with wholemeal fusilli pasta in a sauce of chicken stock.

I often have that conundrum when it is time for a mince based dinner - Spag Bol usually wins, but I do also like chilli! I also sometimes make chilli with diced rather than minced beef though.
