Some beef stew, veg and two potato croquettes. Stuffed now. Hope the tummy is better....I guess this'll be the test.

my mouth is watering SaffyMidweek roast chicken dinner. It's like being back at school.
Roast chicken, sage and onions balls, oxo potatoes, roast onions, mashed Swede, sprouts, broccoli and carrots.
They're slimming world 'roast' potatoes. You par boil the potatoes as normal and fluff them up in the saucepan. Then you put them in the roasting pan and cover them with about 200mls of stock. Then you spray them with spray oil and cook them till done.What are oxo potatoes Saffy?
We're having chilli con carne tonight.
The menfolk will have rice with theirs and I'll do myself some roasted cauliflower.
Bakes spuds with cheese. 1.5 spuds as I couldn't finish the second one.
