What's for tea tonight? (#8)

Cooked a pasta bake at work with chicken and chorizo. I'm following a rough menu. The problem is it that whilst I'm quite good at cooking most things they ask of me and normally get compliments, it's the kind of food I don't cook often at home as I can massively over eat on it. I felt heavy for hours afterwards.

It's lasagne tomorrow FFS. :D
 
I was going to use the cheese from earlier in the thread but the middle pack didn't make it past lunch time so done with cheese today.

I bought some vegan 'Artisan' chicken-style strips to use in Mexican tortilla wraps but once fried up they looked and smelled like something from a 1980's David Cronenberg film.

Having tried a couple of them they do taste rather good.

Made the salsa now just need to make the rest of the rice and vegetables to add to the vegan strips and go into the tortillas.
