Whatever I can cobble together given that my cooker has been disconnected and I've knackered my knee and can't get to the shops. Tin of soup or beans and some toast probably.

None in my local supermarkets but I found a packet of Quorn meatballs in the freezer so she was alright [emoji106]

I actually managed miso soup with dumplings, greens and salmon in the microwave. Ding!

Swimming tonight, on me ownio as himself is off gigging, so am gonna get a chicken karahi and pilau rice. And saag bhaji cos I fucking LOVE it!
