What's for tea tonight? (#8)

Last night was chicken fillets and asparagus baked in the oven with some 'pasta' made from red lentils with olives and parmesan.
I'm trying to cut down on the carbs and it made an excellent substitute, will definitely have it again.

Yoga tonight so something quick when I get in. I normally slow cook a jacket spud so it's ready when I get home, but that's not exactly low carb so who knows!
