What's for tea tonight? (#8)

Tagliatelle Alla Bolognese
Yum, but it'll be late before it's ready.
If I cook it for one hour, it'll be ready to eat by nine, which is ok, but if I want optimum flavour, two hours is best, but then it'll be ten.

I'm gonna pretend I'm on holiday in the Med, when eating late is more acceptable.

Hahaa - that is an excellent article ringo ! My only quibble is the eating bit at the start of the night. That never features in our hygge raves - our bodies are too busy purging themselves in preparation. Everything out, nothing back in :D
Yes never thought to give it a name, but I like this. Linked on FB from Supine [emoji41]

I bought a pineapple today. A first for me. It's a blithering faff to take its hat and coat off and get the eyes out. However, it was worth it to have thin slices dusted with cinnamon, left in the fridge to soak and dished up with yoghurt. God, it was lovely.

My ex used to make lovely fried pineapple rings.
They were lush...:)

Ditched the idea of bulgar wheat, so a carton of chopped tomatoes with half a pound of peas, and the usual chilli and olive oil. Wine for afters.

A butternut squash, feta & kale filo pastry thing with half a jacket potato, mixed green salad & roasted broccoli with a balsamic glaze. My stepson is here and the individual ingredients are definitely not food he would choose to eat. He is dreading dinner!

Sounds yummy to me :)

Definitely mushroom. OH is having a spicy meaty one. I'm still not keen on the idea of pork, in particular. I dont understand how it's possible that Germany has put m off sossidge :hmm:
