I'm making a spicy onion sauce to have with some nice sausages I bought. I'm hungry and the sauce is taking ages to reduce and thicken. I hope it's worth the effort.

Roast chicken breast, roasting a load of spuds, carrots and parsnips, having tenderstem broccoli, some baked mushrooms, with an Aunt Bessie Yorkshire and gravy too M&S chocolate sundae for pudding

Fella's off out for a meeting, so I'm on freezer-foraged smoked fish and cheese fishcake, with an absolute fuckton of chips because I am beyond starving*, and salad.


*helped no doubt by staying up drinking wine around the fire til gone 10pm

Fast day - chicken livers and mushrooms on toast for me and the boy, noodles with peas and cheese for the girl. Melon for pudding.

Cold roast chicken, baby potatoes, salad leaf, broad beans, pretend feta, mint, parsley, seeds, oil and vinegar, hot sauce and salad cream. It was SO GOOD.

Small had chicken, potatoes, broad beans and mayo.

My favourite is with spicy beef, onions, chillis and mushrooms. I also really like Italian sausage on a pizza. We went for one a chilli cheese steak pizza this time and some chicken wings. We've got some ice cream in too (strawberry cheesecake)
