What's for tea tonight? (#8)

We ended up having crumpets with mayo and ham last night, so having the tarragon pork tonight, with mash, asparagus and tenderstem.
Both kids saved their cornettos for today - I had mine last night

A chip bun with ketchup sitting out in the sunshine, my pals were like we are not having chips, we will go for the healthy option. So they bought a sandwich then nicked half me bloody chips. Cheeky gits. Still a bit hungry when i got home[unsuprisingly], so i had four slices of toasted fruit loaf and a tub of vanilla haagen daaz ice cream.

I don't feel ready for ice cream yet. I know some people eat it all year round and fair play to them but for me it has to be hot weather for ice cream. Eat it really fast and get eyeball ache

Had a lush cannelloni following a Weightwatchers recipe. The pasta tubes were filled with ricotta cheese, veggie 'Parmesan', basil & sundried tomatoes then topped with pan fried aubergine, courgettes, red pepper in pasata. Had a mixed leaf salad, cherrry toms & spring onions.

Very filling and 13 points per serving if anyone is doing WW.

Leftover (roasted Grandpa's steak, its more like beef bourbignon), with two Mc Cains hash browns and ketchup and mustard.

Late lunch so late tea. Bought a chicken and pepper pizza and a tub of aberfoyle raspberry ripple ice cream. Got 1 reeces peanut butter cups left so will have that.

I've also been trying to use up what we have in stock, but after epic amounts of meat from the freezer the last few nights, it's something a bit more basic, so doing a chickpea curry. Lentils are of course likely to feature.
