What's for tea tonight? (#8)

It should have been something with pesto because I have some that's best before 4th May. Instead I had fish and chips in a pub because I was out and about. I'm eating way too much crap and spending way too much money :facepalm:
 
Red velvet cake is in oven, along with steak for my Dad. The French fam dem are coming over so we'll be having our steaks done on the pan. The vegetarian will be having baked mackerel. Buttery mashed spuds, soffrito and avocado will be the main veggies. The baby will be having a bit of everything :thumbs:

We have mushrooms, courgettes, onions, a couple of toms and some garlic. If I can be arsed I'll roast them all and have with pesto pasta. If I can't, I'll do that tomorrow and just have spaghetti/garlic/chilli/parmesan today and throw on some olives and sundried toms. Still recovering from the 5am finish on Sunday, which was hot on the heels of a very late finish on the Friday. Really really getting too fucking old for all this.
