I've made a lemony lentil salad with the last bits of basil and tomato also. It'll probably become wrap filling cos I need bread. Or with hummus and dippy bread.

A pack of peppered smoked mackerel, torn up and fried a bit with chilli flakes. Carton of chopped tomatoes and a pouch of microwave brown rice. No sweetcorn sadly.

Yesterday we had party food at my bezzer's. Along with everything else, they made delicious little cheese scones, cut with letter cutters to spell HAPPY BIRTHDAY RUBY plus lots of X's and O's <3 
Fast day today - a massive salad with the meat from some chicken thighs and some roast potatoes for the kids = and I cooked all the thighs in the pack (and saved the skin from the ones we ate today, OBVIOUSLY ), made gravy and did the roasties, so that tomorrow will be an easy reheat job.
Pudding was supposed to be the last two lemon drizzle cupcakes I made for the girl's birthday, for them - but my boy is being a turd, so I totally fucked up my fast day and had the last one myself

Bought this for 50p from a charity shop the other day. Made a broccoli, chilli, fennel and sausage meat hash yesterday which was delicious. Onion soup today!

Off out doing a gig in sunny Liverpool the neet, so sommat quick. Lidl's finest spicy prawn noodies for me, cheese on toast for him. May have space for coffee and walnut cake too
I bought some of these noodles today on the strength of your recommendations. I'll report back

Mr Looby had lamb. It was really nice but a bit too salty for me, it overpowered it a bit. I'll probably still eat the rest for lunch tomorrow though. The chops were gorgeous. [emoji4]I love a Ceylon (normally lamb for me, though). So spicy and delicious

Knackerd so something quick and easy. Scrambled egg on toast.
Got some sort of virus, last nights tea was sweet chilli chicken pizza, a family sized sticky toffee pudding with half a tin of ambrosia custard and some angel cake. Tonights tea was a reduced lasagne frome the co op and a tub of haagen daaz salted caramel ice cream for 1.99 from lidl. Oh, and 2 litres of tropical juice. Plenty of liquids and an early night for me.

worked it out now!
Had roasted butternut squash, red onion with chilli flakes and paprika with wholewheat pasta tossed in a little veg stock. Was delicious.
