What's for tea tonight? (#8)

The gin is Brockmans - I've already started so I'll be under the table in a couple of hours. :D

Lovely bottle too.

That is a lovely bottle n all. What kind of berry flavours it then?

Sort of vaguely blackberry/blueberry type, but subtle. The bottle says it is 'intensely smooth' and they're right - you could give this to a child and pretend its ribena to shut them up. :D

Next bottle to try is a mulberry gin I saw today - unlike this one it is a lovely purple colour.

Friday, which means I cba to cook - so the kids have Rustlers micro chicken burgers :D and I have a nice roll to have with crab pate and avocado.
Also brought home some breaded fish from work so there's that to go in bread with mayo and lettuce if anyone wants, too - and we have crisps and profiteroles for later

Oooooh curry from a truck in a brewery.

Girl is having egg, chips and beans. I've put meatballs and twisty pasta on for me, but I don't really want that either.

I don't know what I want (behold, we went swimming and I've gone beyond hungry, there will be tears). So I've had a bag of prawn cocktail crisps and a large g&t :D

I have no idea. Something with a lot of veg, but that requires minimal cooking :hmm: Currently recovering from work with a large g&t and peanut butter toast while I consider the options.

Pho with glass noodles and tofu fried in panko. Herbs: mint, coriander, holy basil. It wasnt that hard to make, and lush!

I am cooking a whole turkey, which I picked up for the bargain price of £2. I don't want Xmas dinner vibes in April, so along with the usual lemon, rosemary, onion, etc going to add a couple of Italian sausages to the roasting tray. Flavour bombs. Mixed roast veggies (no parsnips), a stuffing made from mushrooms and dried mango (I like a bit of fruitiness in my stuffing and I have a tiny bit of this needs using up), spring greens.
