Got half of the kilo of buttery garlic chilli mash I made for breakfast in the fridge, so that with a pack of peppered mackerel torn up and stirred through.
Now I want a kebab. I could have a sneaky sober kebab for lunchI will be having this ^^ tonight, as last night's tea was wine and a kebab
Could have meatballs again. Or smoked salmon with something. Will have booze and spliff for sure because I did an exam today

MACKEREL & LEEK PASTA
SERVES 2 » PREP 2 mins » COOK 12 mins
Cook 200g pasta shapes, such as farfalle, following the pack instructions. Fry 1 thinly sliced leek in 1 tbsp olive oil for 5-10 mins until soft, then stir in 250ml hot vegetable stock and 2 tbsp grainy mustard. Bring to a simmer while flaking in 140g smoked mackerel, then stir through the drained pasta.
