What's for tea tonight? (#8)

Morecambe bay shrimps on toast for him
Avocado and fried mushrooms on toast for me
Onion rings and salad for both

Pennoni rigate with LG sauce (TBC), salad, and cheese/rosemary flatbread.

Then whatever's left of the tiramisu, plus a custard doughnut.

whole grain rice and quinoa.

Mr Ben's? :hmm: My whole family is addicted to those at the moment. I suspect we'll have to resort to crime once the introductory price thing comes to an end.

I had nothing last night. Tonight: korean style marinated tofu and some kind of spicy noodle something.

Yes, Mr Ben's but I also have some Seeds Of Change which was also on offer. Last packet though and I won't pay full price for it

I had a few odds and sods to use up, to this what I had - broccoli, cauliflower, mushroom and pasta bake with a white sauce with Stilton and a dab of mustard in it. Nice. Though if I was doing it again I'd leave the pasta out and have the rest of it baked like that as a side dish with gammon or boiled bacon or roast pork or sausages or black pudding. Think it would spot on as an accompanying dish for some sort of pig product. Must give that a go.

One of my favourite dishes. It's gorgeous. :)
What do you put in it? I couldn't find any fresh fenugreek that some recipes specify, but I reckon as long as there's plenty of dill, it'll taste fine. Didn't have any preserved lempns lemons or limes either, so I had to improvise.

Mini veggie hotdogs, noodles in tom yum, peas and sweetcorn.

Don't worry, there's shopping coming later :D
