Always there when I need me...
I'm at work eating left overs...macaroni cheese, broccoli, artic roll, bread and butter, home made eclairs, biscuits, cant stop nomin the biscuits!!
I'm on a mission to use up some the half packets of stuff I've got clogging up the cupboards & freezer.
So tonight we've got some kind of giant couscous/puy lentil salad.
Will add broad beans and spring onions from the garden and perhaps some harissa to flavour it.
I've taken some chicken stock out the freezer so will cook the couscous in it.
Lamb kebabs & halloumi to go with it.
*gags*pie and mash that has had fried onions stirred through it
no gravy
Stir fry of "fragrant" tofu, beansprouts, onion, pak choi, mixed peppers, white turnip, mushroom, baby sweetcorn, ginger and garlic with soy sauce. Noodles.
Cantaloupe melon and strawberries for afters.
